INTAKRYL EXTRA - indoor ecological acrylate paint -

INTAKRYL EXTRA is a water-diluted paint containing no volatile or harmful substances. To form the paint, an acrylate dispersion with a very low and strictly controlled content of residual monomers (< 50 PPM) is used. Using the paint INTAKRYL EXTRA brings its processor and user the following advantages:

Use: Indoor coats of walls and ceilings in hospitals, day nurseries, kindergartens, rest homes, and wherever people do not want to be troubled by a bad smell or harmful substances. After an addition of an appropriate combination of biocides, the paint can be used for the surface finish of food plants and other plants with higher relative humidity and the likelihood of mildew or other micro-organism occurrence.

Grounds: Suitable grounds are: cohesive internal plasters, concrete, fibre-cement or cement-chip materials, etc. Especially suitable for the surface finish of plaster-cardboard and textile structural wallpaper.

Ground preparation: The grounds must be solid, cohesive, dry, devoid of mechanical as well as greasy impurities. Old paintings must be removed beforehand, the ground must be reground and the dust properly removed. Impregnate the ground with the priming coat PRIMER.

Procedure: The paint is applied in one or two coats by a brush, paint roller, or by spraying with a minimal interval of 4 hours between the coatings. The paint in the supplied consistency is meant for direct use without dilution. The air and ground temperature during the application and drying of the coat must not drop below +5°C. Clean the stained spots immediately.

Theoretical spreading capacity: 7 - 10 m2 out of 1 kg for one coating

Packaging and storage: Plastic packages weighing 1.5 - 40 kg. The product should be stored in original packages at temperatures from +5 to +25°C, storage life min. 12 months from the date of production. The paint must not freeze.

Security and hygiene: The paint is not harmful in the sense of valid regulations. When working, observe the personal hygiene principles; protect your skin with a barrier cream. If the paint gets into your eyes, wash them out with a stream of clean water, in more serious cases seek medical treatment.

Waste liquidation: Empty metal packages should be taken to a salvage collector, waste code: 150104. Plastic packages should be liquidated as other waste, waste code: 150102. Paint remainders and impure packages should be liquidated as dangerous waste, waste code: 080111.
